Welcome to Lesson 12, Year 2, of our 'Bible Adventure' children's ministry curriculum. This programme is flexible, allowing you to use the entire lesson plan as is or select specific activities to create a lesson that is tailored to your group. A lesson plan on the inspiring Bible story of Jonah, being tasked by God to preach in Nineveh, flees to Tarshish by sea. A severe storm arises, and Jonah, acknowledging his disobedience, is cast overboard by sailors and swallowed by a large fish, as found in Jonah 1 and 2.
