A lesson plan on Jonah chapters 1 and 2: Jonah, tasked by God to preach in Nineveh, flees to Tarshish by sea. A severe storm arises, and Jonah, acknowledging his disobedience, is cast overboard by sailors and swallowed by a large fish. Inside the fish for three days, Jonah prays and repents. God commands the fish to release Jonah, giving him another chance to fulfill his mission.
