How do I become a member?

We have an introduction video on how to become a member, which you can watch here.

Why is my email address not available?

If you have previously had a membership with us, even a free membership, then you have an account on Creative Kidswork. This means that your email address is already registered with us and you can't use it to make a second account.

You can still take out a membership on the site. Go to My Creative Kidswork and click on My profile. There you can ask for your username and reset your password. Once you are logged in to the site, go to My subscriptions, click on the old subscription and you will go to a page where you can renew or upgrade your subscription.

Which ways can I pay for my membership?

You can pay for your membership either by Paypal, or by credit card (Stripe). When you fill in the membership form you will see these two options.

How can I cancel my membership?

Memberships are renewed automatically once a year. You can easily cancel your membership and ensure it will not be renewed. How you do this depends on how you paid for your membership:

Credit card – If you have paid by credit card, you need only cancel your membership on the site. You can do this by clicking on ´My Creative Kidswork´ in the purple right corner of the site. Click on ´My subscriptions´. If you then click on your current membership plan, you will see the button ´Cancel my membership´. By clicking this button your membership will be cancelled.

Paypal - If you paid by PayPal, you need to cancel the automatic payments on your Paypal account. This will automatically ensure that your membership will not be renewed. To do this you need to log in to your Paypal account and find your automatic payments:

Here’s how to find your automatic payments on the PayPal website:

1.   Go to Account Settings.
2.  Click Money, Banks and Cards.
3.  Click Set preapproved payments.
4.  Select Creative Kidswork and click on the Cancel button.

Email us – If you would like our help to cancel your membership, please email us on www.creativekidswork.com and we will do this for you.

Will my membership be automatically renewed?

Yes, memberships are automatically renewed once a year. We send out a reminder email two weeks before the renewal date, so that you can cancel your membership if you wish. See below on how to do this.

If you want to cancel, but forget to do so, and your membership is renewed, please get in touch with us, as we are always happy to cancel the membership and refund the renewal fee.

Is it possible for me to share my personal membership with others in my church to avoid getting a group membership?

Although technically feasible, we kindly request that you refrain from doing so as we believe the subscription fee already provides excellent value.

Ultimately, it is a matter of personal conscience. We would appreciate it if you could encourage others to obtain their own individual membership, or recommend that your church obtains a group membership.

Using the site

Are there any ideas available for free on the website?

Absolutely! Under the header of 'Free ideas' you will find a selection of free ideas, to give you an indication of the range and quality of the activities and resources that we offer. Included in the free ideas are one complete Sunday school lesson, and a range of our many and varied activities, including stories, object lessons, experiments, children’s moments, magic tricks, crafts, prayer and games.

Why can I sometimes only see part of an idea?

Very often you will only see the first part of an idea on the site. To see the rest of the idea, you need to log in to Creative Kidswork. For this you have to take out a membership.  As soon as you are logged in, you can see the all the content.

Help! I’ve got stuck. I can’t log in, or I can’t see an idea….what do I do?

We’re sorry that you have come across something that doesn’t seem to be working. Please send us an email and we will try to sort it out for you as soon as possible.

About us

Who is behind Creative Kidswork?

We are Matthijs and Lindsey Vlaardingerbroek, a Dutch couple, who run Creative Kidswork, a Christian ministry based in the Netherlands. Our primary goal is to equip children's workers, teachers, and parents worldwide with Biblical resources to effectively teach the Good News of the Bible - God's powerful Word.

We began our journey in ministry by training as full-time children's evangelists with OAC Ministries (Open Air Campaigners) from 1990 to 1992. Since then, we have been involved in church planting, youth work, and children's work for over 25 years, including pastoring a small church in a poor multicultural area in The Hague.

Our ministry in the Netherlands

Matthijs, who is now one of the most well-known Christian children's workers in the Netherlands, travels all over the country to train children's workers and perform Christian children's shows in churches, family services, Bible clubs, and primary schools.

He employs ventriloquism, puppetry, storytelling, object lessons, and gospel magic in his work, serving interdenominationally to bless as many children's workers and churches as possible.

Our ministry worldwide

In addition to his speaking engagements, Matthijs enjoys creating and writing new ideas for children's ministry.

Creative Kidswork was born out of his desire to share his collection of creative ideas with other children's workers worldwide, including ideas from other freely contributing children's workers.

Our ultimate goal is to continue growing and improving the site, providing tons of new ideas every year and making it even easier for children's workers to access and utilize these valuable resources.

Our vision for Creative Kidswork

Our vision is to develop a diverse range of resources, including object lessons, Bible games, Bible stories, demonstration videos, children's moments, icebreakers, creative prayer ideas, crafts, science experiments, and more.

Our aim for Creative Kidswork

Our aim is to equip you with a plethora of creative resources to effectively teach children the Good News of the Bible and to empower you to become the best children's worker, Bible teacher, or children's pastor possible by providing these valuable tools.

Our promise to you

We are committed to helping you create a dynamic, engaging, and inspiring children's ministry that fosters a deeper relationship with God.

Our promise to you is that we will consistently provide the best Biblical resources for your children's ministry, allowing you to effectively guide children in their faith journey and help them grow in Christ.
