In this second part of our six-part series on the life of Joseph, we examine the Bible story where Joseph's brothers take revenge and throw him into a pit. Reuben, the eldest brother, tries to save him, but the other brothers sell him as a slave and lie to their father Jacob, telling him that Joseph has been eaten by wild animals.
