Creative activities and ideas based on the biblical figure of Philip (the evangelist)
Philip the Evangelist is a figure in the New Testament of the Bible. He is one of the seven deacons appointed by the apostles in Acts 6 to serve in the early Christian community in Jerusalem. He is also known for his evangelistic work in Samaria, where he converted many to Christianity, including a magician named Simon. Philip is most famous for his encounter with an Ethiopian eunuch, whom he baptized after explaining to him the gospel message of Jesus Christ. He later settled in Caesarea, where he continued his evangelistic work and raised four daughters who were prophetesses.
