Walk-In activity - OT: Abram (5) and a pregnant Hagar - Tag, God has seen you
A fun game of tag to introduce the story of Hagar who meets the God who sees
Welcome to our Sunday school lesson today! We will be learning about Hagar, who ran away from Sarai, but was seen and 'tagged' by God.
This activity is part of a complete Sunday school lesson on the Bible story in Genesis 16: 1-16 of Hagar running away from the bullying Sarai and being found by God.

What you need:
To start, we will play a game of tag with the children who arrive. One of the leaders will be 'it,' and they will tag the children as they come in. When everyone has been tagged, one of the children can be 'it.'
After everyone has been tagged and has caught their breath, we will share today's Bible story. We will learn about Hagar's story and how God saw her and had a special plan for her, despite the difficult situation she was in.
The "Tag - God has seen you" activity is a fun and engaging way for children to arrive at Sunday school while also learning about the story of Hagar. By playing tag and being 'tagged' by God, children can learn that God sees them and has a special plan for their lives.
This activity also encourages children to get to know each other and build community within the classroom.
