Leadership in the Bible: Creative activities for your children's ministry

Leadership is an important theme throughout the Bible, and we see many examples of both good and bad leaders. In the Old Testament, we see leaders like Noah, Abraham, Joseph, and Moses, who were chosen by God to lead His people.

There were also leaders like King Saul, who let power go to his head and made poor decisions that led to disastrous consequences.

In the New Testament, we see the ultimate example of leadership in the person of Jesus Christ. He led with love, compassion, and humility, and He taught His followers to do the same. He showed us that true leadership is not about exerting power over others, but about serving them and putting their needs first.

On this page, you will find creative ideas, resources, and activities relating to leadership which you can use in your children’s ministry, kid’s church, Sunday school, or Christian primary school.

These resources will help children learn about the qualities of good leaders and how they can develop these qualities in themselves. They will also learn about the ultimate example of leadership in Jesus and how they can follow His example in their own lives.
