Game - Easter (03): Jesus betrayed - Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation

Use this Bible game to talk about Jesus being let down and betrayed by his friends in Gethsemane

Jesus knows what is going to happen in the coming hours. He encourages his disciples to pray for strength, so that they won’t fall into temptation. The disciples don’t seem to hear him, and fall asleep. A fun game to help the children think about this part of the story. 

This idea is part of a complete Sunday school lesson on the Easter Bible story in Luke 22: 39 – 71, on the disciples who fall asleep and Peter who disowns Jesus three times.
