Welcome to Lesson 27, Year 1, of our 'Bible Adventure' children's ministry curriculum. This programme is flexible, allowing you to use the entire lesson plan as is or select specific activities to create a lesson that is tailored to your group. In this lesson, we focus on the Bible story where Jesus invites Levi, the tax collector, to follow Him. This is followed by a feast at Levi's house with various other tax collectors and sinners. The scribes are angry that Jesus eats with sinners, but Jesus says that a doctor has come precisely for the sick people.
