Bible story: Elisha and the blinded army

Creative activities based on the Bible story of Elisha and the blinded army

In 2 Kings chapter 6, we find the story of how Elisha protected the city of Dothan from the Aramean army. When the Aramean king learned of Elisha's location, he sent a great army to capture him. But Elisha prayed to God for protection and the Lord opened his servant's eyes to see a great army of angels surrounding them. The Aramean army was then struck with blindness and Elisha led them into the city of Samaria, where they were fed and released. This story teaches us about the power of prayer and faith, and how God can protect and deliver us in times of danger. It also shows us the importance of trusting in God's protection and provision in all situations.
