Experiment - Pencils through bag: ‘David doesn't take revenge on king Saul’

Introduction:
In this idea we will show you how you can use the experiment of the Indestructible Sandwich Bag to tell the Bible story of king Saul hunting David. It starts with Saul throwing his spear at David. It ends many years later with David creeping into Saul's tent in the middle of the night and not taking revenge. Using a fun experiment of a sandwich bag that doesn't leak or break you can make this story come alive in a new way.

You can use this experiment within a school assembly, a RE lesson, as a preaching illustration, a children's moment in church and of course in any Biblical teaching setting.
