Today we are going to pray in an ‘upside down’ way by using the ‘junk drawer’ method.

Everyone has a junk drawer in their house. Some people even have a room or a house full of junk. But we all have at least a box or a drawer full of stuff that we don’t use any more, but also don’t want to throw away yet. It is a twilight zone full of things that are between being wanted and unwanted. When you use the ‘junk drawer’ method you take all the content of your junk drawer with you and place it on a table.
The beauty of this method is that everyone in the group participates. Not only the child that always wants to pray, but also the shy children who would not normally speak in the group.
What do you need:
- a table full of object out of your junk drawer - lots of random objects!
